I've just put a bit on the front page about the number of finishers each year and thought I would look for some other odd facts.
John Leece has the honour of the fastest time for 10th position in 1:18;50 in 1990. Last year the 10th place was 1:27:43 - believe me when I say that standards are not as high as they used to be. But for the moment, lets celebrate the record entry....and getting past Ballasalla Station when the train departs for Port Erin at 10.20 on Sunday!
