Can we speak with someone who has organised a tour in the past?
We appreciate that organising trips for groups can be a tricky affair. Therefore, we are delighted that one Isle of Man Easter Festival regulars has offered to help guide you through the process. Please contact Emma Waterhouse; phone 07890 734711 or E-mail e.k.waterhouse@durham.ac.uk

What do we need to do?
Tasks you might want to consider:
- Obtain agreement to run all finances through club funds.
- Obtain a deposit from all those making the trip – athletes and supporters
- Book your UK to IOM travel
- Book your accommodation in the IOM
- Maybe arrange your own tour t-shirts
- Submit event entries
- Set a final date for all monies to be paid

Please come and join us in this unique event – don’t take our word for it, speak to Emma for more information. They will be pleased to help.
