2 KEY POSITIONS IN IOM ATHLETICS The IOMAA is currently looking for a Head of Performance (Athletics) to: promote the sport of athletics help raise standards in athletics help talented athletes achieve their potential and compete at the highest levels help ensure athletes receive support appropriate to their needs and talent liaise with relevant bodies on performance issues co-ordinate access to the IOM Sport Institute We are also looking for an Island Games Team Manager (Athletics) to: attend Island Games meetings and liaise with other agencies as required set guidelines for Island Games team selection arrange team meetings to pass on information about travel, accommodation and competition ensure all team members are fully prepared for the Island Games post-Games, evaluate team performance If interested in either of these voluntary positions or require further information, please make initial contact via email to chairman@iomaa.info by 15th January 2010.
