MWR Coverage complete

At last, I have my entire video collection from the M & P Legal Millennium Way Relay online again (see front page). All the stats are up to date too and you can see all the individual running times since 1999 (the first year I produced the results, a role now performed by Manx Timing Solutions).

No work for me today and after 12 days I finally got a long run in again - I avoided the ice at 7 am this morning by running on the Marine Drive.

I also went to two places I had avoided all year. I took my mother-in-law for her second cataract operation (saw a couple of athletes at the hospital) and visited Tesco with Robbie. After to a party now.
