Don't worry Adrian, I'm not trying to do you out of a job the above forecast is for the Grand Canyon Marathon on Sunday.


Nigel Armstrong and Emma Rogan will be running and were expecting worse weather judging by their reports earlier in the week. 


Judging by the pain they have been putting themselves through this week including jumping from planes and going to Rod Stewart concerts, maybe they were even hoping for something painful!
