Thanks but still this latest fix is not working. Please could you complete the domain transfer as a matter of urgency and then this forwarding solution will no longer be necessary. The service has been disrupted for almost a week now.

Dear Murray Lambden, (Customer ID: 2384892)
Thank you for contacting us.
As we check, the status of the recent changes made is still ongoing. Please allow it a couple of hours to propagate. Once it has completed, it should be forwarded to http://79.170.44.78/manxathletics.com/index.html.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

> Thanks for your latest email. My point was that although I had removed the link to the Website creator, the domain manxathletics.com is still not accessing the root directory. The file Capture3.jpg shows a folder number whereas the file Capture5.jpg (my other account with you) makes a direct reference to the root folder. I have since tried to forward the manxathletics.com domain to a new site (not at oneandone) but still I get the error message as per the attachment Capture4.jpg. The impression I get is no matter where the domain manager indicates the domain should be directed to, the command is not working. Could it be that because I have applied to move the domain to another host that any changes I try to make are being blocked? This shouldn't happen because I am still paying for a service.
