Thank you for recognising the inconvenience. The domain should have remained assigned to the root directory (webspace/webfiles?) - what I find difficult to understand is how you identified an error several days ago (that my account had been changed by you to a web site creator) and yet the problem was not resolved. I emphasise again that I have been a customer for 11 years and have always uploaded files to the same directory using the same FTP process until your ill fated upgrade.

> Another 10 hours have elapsed without you either giving me the capacity to publish my files or move to another host. It was changes instigated by your company that brought about the problem - i didn't change anything. I refer you to my previous email, however, and note that the domain was assigned to website creator by you. Please allow me to publish files to the root directory as i have been for the past 11 years or speed up the very slow domain transfer process.
