Azores time

I noticed some time ago (no pun intended) that the clock on the forum has been an hour out since the clocks went back at the end of October.

the setting was correct at GMT so I have had to fiddle it by setting it to Azores time to get it right. Trouble is, I might need to re-set it again at the end of March.
