Wind and rain spoil Nigel's stats

Thanks to everyone involved with the organisation of this morning's Western 10 miles. The weather was pretty unpleasant to run or walk in - much worse to stand round in.

We never know how much faster we would have run if conditions had been perfect but certainly it would have maintained Nigel Armstrong's times with even greater consistency than they will show:
