Slow men at work

I was really struggling yesterday morning on a long run around Crosby but I found something to keep my mind off the long drag up School Hill.

There was a sign at the bottom that read "Slow men at work". I had a chuckle but wondered if they should have put a sign up to warn of my presence. It could have read "Slow runner on hill".
