A new leader every year

I've just delved into my archives to check how long it takes the leader of the Snaefell fell race to reach the summit and I noticed that we have had a different leader for each of the past three years (Tom Cringle, Simon Skillicorn and Lloyd Taggart) but the same weather for the past two!
