Embedding problem

I've had one of those crazy problems you get when you are too tired to work.

Chris Quine kindly sent me a link for a video of Keith Gerrard's 5000 metres race but when I tried to embed it it wouldn't work. When I undid the changes I screwed up the whole of the front page and had to re-build it.

In the end I published the video link via a headline rather than embedding the link. After I did that I worked out what I had done in the first place but it will have to stay now.
