Not such a good conclusion
The audio for the 10km run video has been blocked. I haven't got time to find a suitable alternative from my collection and I have chosen one of YouTube's royalty free tracks. Actually I think it is one of their better ones although it will be a few minutes before the muting is removed.

Hope it's back soon enjoy watching your videos especially the ones held in the Isle of man. Makes me remember a certain place...
