I went straight back to training this morning with a pleasing 20 miles at the NSC and came back for breakfast at home.
Quite a contrast to yesterday when we were visiting a German factory and were treated to a traditional Bavarian breakfast (see photo above).
Just been reviewing my email and the forum and hadn't seen the video link to Harriet Pryke before so put that on the website.
I have to prepare our holiday apartment this afternoon and have a bit of work to do at home but I should get some organisation back into the site soon.
