Like the London Marathon

I'm just back from one of my short sharp runs down along the promenade and there were runners everywhere. They were appearing from all the hotels and walking along to the special buses that take them to the marathon in Ramsey. Little did most of them know, as they saw me gasping, that I would be seeing them in the same state in a few hours as I capture the event on film.
